The company’s capabilities have expanded to include not only the latest and innovative building and design techniques but, also in the scope of projects, to include the complete construction of custom homes and full restoration and commercial projects.

ALAN HAIRE
PRESIDENT

Alan has been working in construction for 30 years. He has worked in concert with Dennis Ryan, at Ryan Remodeling, learning all of the facets of the construction business.

DENNIS RYAN

TITLE: Senior Project Coordinator

I started the previous company (Ryan Remodeling) in 1975. I built the company to its current size of 12 men. I am able to perform or organize all aspects of residential construction.

BILL BEELER

I was hired on as a carpenter for the company 15 years ago. Since then, my skill set has flourished in several areas to include; framing and finish carpentry, drywall hang to finish, as well as painting.

JUSTIN HAIRE

TITLE: Carpenter / Tile Setter

I started working for Haire Construction 7 years ago. Growing up around construction, I had a chance to see projects from start to finish and I decided that’s what I wanted to do in life. I’ve always had a passion to do things the right way and it’s also a great feeling to see the smiles from home owners as their dream becomes reality.

ERIC JENNINGS

I started working with Ryan Remodeling/Haire Construction 18 years ago as a carpenter helper and have moved up into one of the top job Supervisors, charged with Supervision of Customer’s Projects, Crew and Sub Contractors to completion of all projects.

JIM BARRICK

TITLE: Project Coordinator

I started with Ryan Remodeling/Haire Construction as a general carpenter, then developed skills as a framing carpenter and trim carpenter. I also picked up skills in plumbing, electric, tile, general construction methods and print reading. After working as a Project Manager for several years, I now cover sales, bidding, and oversee various projects from start to finish.

JARED MARSH

TITLE: Carpenter Helper/Laborer
NUMBER OF YEARS WITH THE COMPANY: 6 months

I came on board with Haire Construction in October 2020. Since being hired, I have had some experience in framing, painting, and trim work. I am excited to start my career at Haire Construction.

SCOTT HARKCOM

TITLE: Painter

I began my relationship with Haire Construction approximately 10 years ago. Haire Construction has done extensive remodeling work on my home. I was so happy with the work and the atmosphere they created in my space, that I quit my job and joined the team. I have been painting for the last 15 years on my own projects and I currently handle those types of projects for Haire Construction.
